Erin Wallner is the Administrator of Marketing and Communications for UF Health St. Johns, where she leads the organization’s marketing communications department including public relations, advertising, internal communications and digital efforts.
Mrs. Wallner has been leading strategic marketing communications efforts for more than 15 years, primarily in the nonprofit and health care sectors, including roles in pediatric health care at Nemours Children’s Health and in adult health care at Baptist Health. Career highlights include sharing in the successful separation of a pair of conjoined twins, being present when children had their cochlear implants activated and heard for the first time, and joining one patient’s journey to have a life-saving removal of a vascular tumor.
An award-winning communications professional, she has received the Thoth Award for Integrated Media Relations from the Public Relations Society of America-National Chapter and the Prism Award for Integrated Communications from the Jacksonville chapter of PRSA.
She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from the University of North Florida and her Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida. Mrs. Wallner is Accredited in Public Relations (APR) and Pragmatic Marketing Certified.
